Winter Value Dates: 11/21/08 - 12/18/08 and 04/2/09 - 04/13/09
Winter Holiday Dates: 12/19/08 - 01/02/09
Winter Regular Dates: 01/03/09 - 04/1/09

Deposit: 50% of  rental due at time of booking. The balance of the lodging, including tax assessment, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation:  If cancellation is made more than 30 days before arrival, Two night's lodging will be forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival, cancellation results in forfeiture of total lodging.

7% Montana Lodging and sales Tax is not included in the rates above.
